Be Water My Friend

“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend."

上善若水

上善若水，水善利萬物而不爭，處眾人之所惡，故幾於道。《老子》

水澤被萬物而不爭名利。處於眾人所不注意的地方或者細微的地方，所以是最接近道的。

水，無色無味，在方而法方，在圓而法圓

在道家學說裡，水為至善至柔；水性綿綿密密，微則無聲，巨則洶湧；與人無爭卻又容納萬物。水有滋養萬物的德行，它使萬物得到它的利益，而不與萬物發生矛盾、衝突。人生之道，莫過於此。

道-萬物運行的原理，遵循的規律
老子 道德經(莊子係追隨者)
孕育陰陽

陽(白)的代表：正面, 堅定, 雄性, 實際,明亮,白晝, 熱量(破壞性)

陰(黑)的代表：負面, 柔軟, 雌性，脆弱、黑暗，黑夜, 寒冷(包容性)

世界變幻發展到極端由盛轉衰,盛衰交替依存

不要對抗, 既來之,則安之, 順勢而為, 順其自然, 以柔克剛

無心- 靜謐與平和,摒棄所有情感, 思想無慾無求

思想隨意自由簡單地運作, 不受 Subconscious and Self-Conscious 影響,阻力will disappear as well.

藝術是一種自我表達，方法愈複雜，越限制人，表達原始的自由感的機會就越小

In order to control myself I must first accept myself by going with and not against my nature
